Our delivery policy 

Deliveries by manufacturers lorries 

Any breakage, damage, shortage must be pointed out to the delivery driver and noted on receipt of delivery. Notifications in writing must also be made to head office of the manufacturer within 3 days of delivery. 

Collections by customer 

No claims will be recognised and all liability ceases when goods are on the customers vehicle at the factory. 

Carriage forward consignments.

No claims will be recognised. 

Title to the goods shall not be passed until payment is received and cleared by us although risk shall pass on delivery/collection to the purchaser or its agents or employees


Our Returns Information

Items such as accessories can be returned free of charge if the product is not opened and accompanied with receipt of purchase. 

Manufactured items that are saleable can be returned by prior arrangement. 30% of the value will be charged – minimum £30 no credit for goods returned damaged.
